Invitational Tournaments at Table Rock Lake Two of our annual events allow the
participation of
prospective members without having to fish with a current member of the club.
They are 2-man team events held at Table Rock Lake. Both tournaments
launch form Lazy Lees Resort just
outside Kimberling City, Missouri. See our 2007
schedule of events for dates.
For each event at Table Rock we have one of the local Bass Pros, Guides, or MarineBiologists come speak at our get-together the Friday evening before the tournament to share any information they can give us about the lake. Past speakers have included 4-time Bassmaster Classic qualifier/Elite Fifty member Brian Snowden and 11-time Bassmaster Classic qualifier and FLW member Stacey King. After the guest speakers presentation the club holds a very nice, prize filled raffle. Prizes in the past have ranged from coolie cups and soft plastic baits to rod/reel combos and DVD players. Tournament fees also include an
excellent post-tournament dinner Saturday night catered by one of the local
establishments and fun 'till the wee hours at our campfire sing-a-long.
